Other Extras
-
Strip acrylic paint: $50 -
-
Repair broken legs, most models: $50 per leg/per break on bare resin. Painted resins, inquire for price.
-
Normal "prepping" is $75. Prepping rates will go up from there. For example, a home cast Eberl resin is $110. Most models will be somewhere in between those figures. Rose and Williams resins, for example, are well cast, and only require normal minimal prepping. Some Williams cast resins come cast for hair. These may not even be as high as $75. Resins (other than home cast Eberls) that I have to remove heavy mane and tail & resculpt large areas are $75 for prepping. If the resin in general is super rough, it may fall into the $110 category like a home cast Eberl. If the sculptor has removed the mane and tail, the prepping is $70, as there are still seams, pinholes, etc. that have to be sanded, filled, etc.
- Oversize resins (i.e. Eberl Sharif), will incur $25 extra charge.
- Rush Charge: $150 for models with a completion deadline of less than 12 weeks from time I receive the body. Full payment is required up front on rush orders!
-
Metal horse shoes are optional: $25 (be sure you tell me if you want them).
- I only do Traditional size resins (no plastics). I do NOT do stablemate or classic size models. PLEASE DO NOT ASK ME TO DO ANY SMALL SIZE RESIN, I ONLY WORK ON TRADITIONAL SIZE RESINS. This is because I have Fibromyalgia and anything smaller than Traditional is hard for my hands to do.
Repairs: Minimal repair/touch-up charge $100. Hair only or Rehairing $165 solid color, add $7.50 for mixed color. $20 extra if a proper tail bone has not been added, and trench cut in the crest of the neck.
**TO ORDER - PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Payment in full up front would be appreciated. However the following payment schedule can be done if necessary: "One third" of your commission total, is required to hold/book your slot. One month later a second payment of 1/3 is due. Another month later a third payment of 1/3 will be due. Shipping/handling is paid when model is packed and weighed.

HERE IS AN EXAMPLE OF HOW TO FIGURE
WHAT THE PRICE OF YOUR NEW CUSTOM WILL BE:
Basic solid color Traditional Model $270, plus $110 solid color mohair mane & tail, plus $25 shoes, plus $75 prepping = $480.
Shipping, handling & insurance: I have to weigh & measure the package and key in info with zip code on USPS website to get your shipping price. This is an estimate.
- One Resin model, $40 US, no insurance.
- For insurance rate let me know how much you want it insured for.
- International, inquire for rate, usually over $50.

- PHOTOS: For those who want a photo emailed before it is posted on the "What's New" page, there will now be a $5.00 fee per photo. Most customers, after they have received the model, exclaim, "it's so much better in person!" This is the first reason I prefer not to email a photo before the customer has the model in hand. The second is that it takes more time to size, edit, upload and email individual photos, rather than doing them in batches when I'm ready to post on What's New. However if you still want a photo emailed, the $5.00 fee will apply. Please put this on your order form so that I know ahead of time that you want this. Thanks.
- GUARANTEE: Even though my work is guaranteed, I cannot guarantee a color unless I have been provided with a hard copy photo. If you have not given me a photo and just request a "chestnut", or a "light dapple grey", for example, and then you do not like the shade when finished, there will be a charge to modify the color - if it is possible to change. Airbrushing on top of an already finished model causes the finish not to be as durable, meaning the finish will scratch easily. So keep this in mind. I may or may not modify an unguaranteed model, depending on the particulars.
IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE!
-
UNITED STATES POSTAL MONEY ORDER IS THE **ONLY** KIND OF PAYMENT - OTHER THAN PAYPAL - THAT I CAN ACCEPT!! PAYPAL IS THE PREFERED TYPE OF PAYMENT METHOD. THERE ARE ONLY TWO TYPES OF PAYMENT; 1) PAYPAL, AND 2) UNITED STATES POSTAL MONEY ORDER
- YAHOO GROUP: If you are not already on my Yahoo group list, and you want to place an order, I ask that you join this group.
This group is where I post updates such as progress reports as to which month of commissions I'm now working on, policy changes, when books are open for a new month, etc. It saves me an enormous amount of time if I don't have to answer several emails from customers asking "how their model is coming along". You can check this group to find out where I am in my schedule instead of having to email me. Therefore on all new orders I will ask that you join the group when you submit your order form and send your "slot hold" deposit. Thank you for your cooperation.

- An email with your order information - taken from the questions asked on this old "order form" MUST be
included with your deposit and model. Click here for Order Form
The "order form" no longer works. If you would please, just answer the questions that are on the order form in an email to me. You may want to print a copy for your own records. I will not start the model
until I have this email with your commission details.
